In Loving memory of Pamela Joan Notti
06/23/2016 – 10/10/2016
Pamela Joan Notti, aged 56 of Anchorage, passed away on October 10th, 2016. Born June 23, 1960 in Anchorage, AK, she was the daughter of Joan Notti and Frederick Notti. She was preceded in death by her son Adrian Notti and brother Dana G. Notti.
Pam received her Masters of Social Work from her Alma Mater: Oklahoma University; Boomer Sooner! Where she was an active member of The Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work Club, Phi Alpha Honor Society and The American Indian Student Association.
Pam was the glue that kept our family together. She was fun-loving and had an adventurous spirit; Pam loved celebrating the accomplishments of friends and family alike. She was always throwing parties – birthdays, weddings, shower or whatever the reason! Pam loved to cook; especially Spanish, Italian and Dominican dishes. Her sweet potato pie was legendary. When asked how to make it, she always said, “Just keep adding sugar till your teeth feel like falling out!”
Pam was a Fashionista – she could walk into any store or garage sale and find the gems. She could dress anyone and make them feel like a million bucks! Pam had a way of always making everyone feel welcome, even if she just met you.
Pam is survived by her mother, Joan D. Notti; father, Frederick and step-mother, Gail Notti; brothers and sister-in law, Dario and Cherry Notti, (Dana G) and Rose Notti; Dino and Jane Notti; sister, Kim Notti; 17 nieces and nephews, 14 great-niece and nephews, including her very special great-niece Kayan’na Clark who was like the daughter she never had; a little girl after her own heart and whom she face-timed every single night.
A celebration of life for Pam will be held on October 27, 2016 from 4-7pm at Cook Inlet Housing 9131 Centennial Circle, Anchorage Alaska.
